[En français/In French]Le 17 juillet 2000 à la Haute cour de Londres fut le premier jour de la révision judiciaire concernant la validité de l'Article 4 de l'Immigration Act du Territoire Britannique de l'Océan Indien stipulant qu'il est interdit de résider aux Chagos. Ainsi les Chagossiens entrait dans l'illégalité en demeurant chez eux! [En anglais/In English]July 17 2000, at the London High Court was the first day of the Judicial Review about the validity of Article 4 of the British Indian Ocean Territory Immigration Act which stipulates that it is forbiden to live permenantly in the Chagos. Thus the Chagossians became illegal aliens in their homeland!
